NOBLESVILLE — Hamilton County Sheriff’s Department is asking the public for help finding a stolen safe taken this week from a carpet recycler near the Hamilton-Boone county line.

The safe was taken either late Wednesday night or early Thursday morning from the Kruse Carpet Recycling office, 4800 W. 96th St., Indianapolis The safe measures 5-feet, 6-inches tall and about 2-feet, 6-inches deep. Several guns, vehicle titles and employee records are in the safe.

Police have no suspect yet, but have asked for assistance from the CrimeStoppers agency serving the Indianapolis area. The agency offers rewards up to $1,000 for information leading to felony arrests.
