While friends and loved ones gather today to say farewell to two victims of a June 5 triple slaying on the Northeastside, police are continuing to investigate the deaths.

Services were held Friday for Devon Louis Bledsoe, 19. Today, services will be held for Shawnice Renee Dunlap, 21, and Jerromey Warren “J-Dub” Wingfield, 22.

Dunlap’s funeral will be at 11 a.m. at Mount Carmel Baptist Church, 4352 N. Mitthoefer Road, with burial at Crown Hill Cemetery. Wingfield’s funeral will be at noon at Northside New Era Missionary Baptist Church, 517 W. 30th St., with burial at New Crown Cemetery.

All three Indianapolis residents were found dead in the Cedar Ridge Apartments at 3907 Cedar Ridge Road, near 38th Street and German Church Road.

Police released composite sketches Monday of two people wanted for questioning.

One sketch showed a man with dreadlocks wearing a cap; the other showed a short-haired man. The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department has not named the men in the drawings or said whether they have been found.

The day the sketches were released, a friend of the victims made an impassioned plea for those responsible for the deaths to surrender.
