Rose-Hulman names interim president

TERRE HAUTE Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology has named 1979 alumnus Matt Branam as interim president. Branam has been a vice president at UPS and was chief operating officer at the American Red Cross under Elizabeth Dole. Gerald Jakubowski is leaving as president of the engineering school in Terre Haute to become provost of the California Maritime Academy, effective June 30. A board committee will search for a full-time president.
