INDIANAPOLIS Rolls-Royce on Thursday cut the ribbon on its sixth building in Indianapolis. The London- based jet engine maker said the on-wing care center at the north edge of Indianapolis International Airport will help tune up aircraft, serving as a regional headquarters. These centers provide rapid response and resolution for operators with engines exhibiting conditions that could result in unscheduled maintenance. The service is designed to bridge the gap between flight-line maintenance and overhaul shop visits. i(Star report)/i
