PRICE HIKES FOR HOLIDAYS

Is it just me or does it seem like the admission to get into the nightclubs are "extremely" higher during the holidays than any ordinary week. I heard that some clubs were charging upward of $65.00 in advance for admission to their establishment. Others reported $25-75 per head. This seems to me like a ploy to generate enormous amounts of revenue because the owners and promoters understand that people want to go out dancing, drinking and socializing after a BIG holiday like Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Years, Labor Day and others, so they take the opportunity to make as much MONEY as they can. Now, if I pay $65 to get in, another $50-60 at the bar (drinks seem higher as well:-), not to mention, the outfit (another $75-100), standing in long "COLD" lines (PRICELESS)....What is it all REALLY worth?
