Pining for The Island. LOST: Bernard? Doth Mine Eyes Deceive Me?
Okay: so I've never seen an episode of ER, but crossing from one room into the other a few minutes ago, I thought I caught a glimpse of a commercial for the aforementioned medical drama, and of actor Sam Anderson, who plays (played?) "Bernard" on the television series (one which I'm religiously committed to and, in my eyes, can absolutely do no wrong) "Lost".
"Oceanic Flight 815" freaks, and "ER" fans alike, help me out here: is this something new for Anderson? What's this (potentially) mean for Bernard's plucky Rose?

How did I miss this? Checked imdb.com and discovered Sam Anderson had a semi-recurring role on ER from 1994-2005. So maybe you saw a previously-aired episode?
It does not, however, say anything about the new season of Lost; I don't know if that makes me happy (unspoiled) or sad (desperately loves Bernard and Rose and wants to know if they return).
