No faking: Pretenders postpone date at Murat
The Pretenders won’t perform tonight at the Murat Theater because of illness.
Vocalist-guitarist Chrissie Hynde is sidelined by bronchitis, according to band spokesman Jim Merlis.
A makeup date is expected, and all tickets for Wednesday’s show will be valid at that performance.
The Pretenders, who entered the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2005, are on tour to promote current album “Break Up the Concrete.”
