First I've heard of this show, but just to give you Buffy guys a heads-up, Joss Whedon's going to be rolling out a new show called "Dollhouse" starring Eliza Dushku.

From the linked article:

Echo (Eliza Dushku) [is] a young woman who is literally everybody's fantasy. She is one of a group of men and women who can be imprinted with personality packages, including memories, skills, language--even muscle memory--for different assignments. The assignments can be romantic, adventurous, outlandish, uplifting, sexual and/or very illegal. When not imprinted with a personality package, Echo and the others are basically mind-wiped, living like children in a futuristic dorm/lab dubbed the Dollhouse, with no memory of their assignments--or of much else. The show revolves around the childlike Echo's burgeoning self-awareness, and her desire to know who she was before, a desire that begins to seep into her various imprinted personalities and puts her in danger both in the field and in the closely monitored confines of the Dollhouse.

Thanks for the heads up - first I've heard of it as well - looks like Fox has signed on for at least seven episodes so far. Any buzz yet on when we can expect it?

If this strike ends very soon, be expecting it next fall. Here is my Yahoo! Group for the show: http://groups.yahoo.com/group/jw...

It sounds like a good show. We are big Buffy fans at our house. Did you know that Joss Wedon is in the middle of Buffy- Season 8, a comicbook? The comic is actually out already, I am not sure how many issues are left in the series.

Cool ... the return of Faith (OK, Eliza Dushku) ...

I hope Fox gives it more of a go than what they did with Whedon's Firefly ... killing such an outstanding show after 11 episodes was criminal.

Sounds good since I've liked pretty much everything that Joss Whedon has been involved with. I would watch almost ANYTHING with Eliza Dushku in it.

Issue 10 comes out next month and its supposed to make us all cry like we've never cried before. THere will be around 40 to 50 issues of Season Eight and then a Season Nine.

I hope that Dollhouse is better than Tru Calling - I tried to like that show, but it was terrible.
