After nine years in Indianapolis, Net Heads, an upscale Internet cafe and entertainment venue, will open a new location at 11 a.m. Saturday at 1017 W. Main St., Carmel.

This new larger center features 28 computers, 16 Xbox 360 and Wii stations. Net Heads serves individuals as well as group activities and is well suited for birthday parties, youth groups, fundraisers, corporate outings, sports teams, holiday parties and family reunions. Full facility rentals are available.

With this move, Carmel is now home to the oldest and largest Internet cafe in the state as well as one of the largest video game centers in the Midwest.

Net Heads plans to offer after-school programs, classes and other programmed activities.

They are also home to the World Cyber Games Midwest Regional Qualifiers, one of four national qualifiers that feed an international event spanning 70 countries and sporting a $2 million cash purse, according to the World Cyber Games Web site at www.us.wcg.com

Free Wi-Fi is available.
