Serving tables, bartendering, babysitting, and stripping would get you instant money. If you have a hobby or crafts skill, then you could turn that into a small business and make some money through your orders. Good Luck!

I do ebay for extra money. If you have a lot of extra stuff laying around that you don't care about anymore, it's perfect.
I see help wanted signs everywhere this time of year... find sonething your passionate about.. and see if you can find a related store hiring for the holidays. If your an electronics geek... see Best Buy, a shoe diva look for a dsw hiring, etc., etc.... If your working around somethng you love it won't be nearly as much like work.

If you have a hobby or craft, you can sell your wares on Etsy.com, an online marketplace for handmade and artisan goods.
I agree that eBaying things from the back of your closet is probably a good idea too!

there is always the blackmarket baby trade. I hear that it's quite lucrative.
There are always part-time retail jobs open this time of year. Of course that will end in a week.
