The Indianapolis Colts headed into halftime with a 7-6 lead against the Jacksonville Jaguars at sun-splashed Lucas Oil Stadium.

It should have been a wider margin. The Colts’ first two drives of the game ended with turnovers — quarterback Peyton Manning had a pass intercepted in the end zone to end the first drive, while the second possession ended when running back Joseph Addai lost a fumble.

Jacksonville capitalized on Addai’s fumble by driving to set up Josh Scobee’s 24-yard field goal at the 8:58 mark of the second quarter.

The Colts finally got on the board at the 3:39 mark of the second quarter when Addai capped an 11-play, 78-yard drive with a 3-yard touchdown run.

Scobee’s 46-yard field goal later in the quarter produced the 7-6 halftime score.

Manning completed 15-of-21 passes for 175 yards with one interception in the first half. Reggie Wayne was his favorite target, catching six passes for 98 yards.
