It's been about 3 years since I've even hit the Red Room up, but they used to have pretty killer Mojitos. They took a minute to make, but well worth it. Hell, I don't even know if they still make them, but that is my two cents..

The best Mojito I ever had was in Louisville, but I can't remember the name of the restaurant. There was about half an inch of mint at the bottom of it though, and it was sooooooooooooo good.

The best mojito is at my house! Seriously, most restaurants make mojitos taste like strange limeade. I grow mint on my patio, and I make a simple syrup with Splenda so the drink is sugar free. I muddle the hell out of those mint leaves and lime quarters, then cover gerously with rum. A splash of syrup and club soda, and its the best mojito in town. Its the only way to do it.

The place in Lousiville is Cuban restaurant Havana Rumba, and they do make a nice mojito. Too light on rum for my taste, but bonus points for the stick of sugar cane.

the best one I have had is at Frisson in San Fran... haven't found a good one in Indy yet!
