Mid-range priced restaurant

Hi, I have friends coming in town and we are having dinner out on the northside Thursday night. None of us can agree on a place to eat. Our budget is less than $15 and we don't want a chain. Best location would be north of 86th, east of Michigan rd, west of Rangeline. Can anyone help with some suggestions?
