Why did you become a teacher: I love school, and I wanted to share my love of learning with others.

What goals do you have for your students: My goal for my students is very simple: Always strive to be the best you can be.

What do you encourage parents to do at home to help their children strengthen particular skills: I encourage parents to affirm their teens and show them that they care. . . . The rest will fall into place.

Name your favorite movie: I love all kinds of movies. . . . One of my favorites is “Christmas Story!”

Name your favorite musician or band: All time, it has to be the Eagles. . . . Currently, I’m liking Coldplay a lot!

What’s something your students might not know about you: I’m an open book and I share all my stories!
