Fear not, fans of Margot & the Nuclear So and So’s.

Despite a somewhat dire posting at the band’s MySpace.com page — which carries the title of “Margot says, ‘Goodbye for now’ in Indianapolis” — the octet is still in business.

The blog item calls attention to two upcoming performances: Feb. 26 at Radio Radio and Feb. 27 at the Emerson Theater (where all ages are admitted).

Guitarist Andy Fry says these dates will be Margot’s only shows until a new tour begins in late spring.

“There are no plans to not ever make another record or anything like that,” he says.
