Malibu hybrids were cheaper and American made

With the well-documented number of current and retired employees of Big Three automakers in this state, I was shocked to read that Indianapolis purchased 85 Toyota Prius hybrid vehicles.

Then the city has the nerve to say that Penske Chevy is just a disgruntled losing bidder, even though a Chevy Malibu hybrid was more than $1,000 cheaper.
