Juliette said that sperm count was x000 higher on the island than the rest of the world. They got busy in the others' cage last season. So, she could be. But at the end of the episode we learned Kate has Claire's baby, Aaron.
Also, remember in the first season when Sawyer told to Jack that he had an STD? Kate's probably got it too, now.
i forgot about the std... and i just assumed the 'pregnancy scare was from the gettin busy in the cage episode' i thought when Kate picked up the boy she said Eric, but that would make sense if she has Aaron...
And yes, Caralyn you can still watch webisodes!!!
