While going home last weekend I lucked into something you won't see at most urban schools.Indian Creek in Trafalgar (raglfart),the 8th grade History Teacher Tom Haywood had organized a living History day. Civil War,pioneer life,WW1 and French and Indian war were all represented complete in costume,foods,tents and tee-pee.

Cool, I'd have liked to see that. Thanks frogmajik. I love Feast of the Hunters Moon - same sort of stuff but on a HUGE scale. Only problem is, it's gotten SO crowded. You almost HOPE for rain so people will stay home!
