PLAINFELD In anticipation of Earth Day, CB Richard Ellis, the world’s largest property manager, will host its first Change a Light event today at Metropolis shopping center in Plainfield. In a news release, CB Richard Ellis and partner Duke Energy said they plan to give away 1,000 energy-efficient compact fluorescent light bulbs in exchange for a pledge from shoppers to improve energy efficiency in their homes.
