GREENFIELD — Hancock Regional Hospital tonight will host the last of two public meetings on the flu caused by the H1N1 virus.

The meeting will be at 7 p.m. at the Hancock Wellness Center, 888 W. New Road, according to a news release from Robin Brunner, a business development and marketing employee at the hospital.

Brunner said area residents can discuss preparations to protect themselves, family members and businesses for a potential H1N1 outbreak.

Indiana Gov. Mitch Daniels has asked communities to come together and learn about and prepare for the H1N1 flu if it should strike locally, Brunner said.

The first of the two meetings was last week.
