Ron Hunter isn’t shying away from expectations. His IUPUI Jaguars were picked to finish third in the Summit League, but also received one vote to win the league title.

“We’re excited about what we’ve got here,” Hunter said in a school release. “This is the time of year that everyone’s excited and everyone’s optimistic, but I really like this group of guys.”

Sophomore Robert Glenn (Ben Davis) was the lone Jaguar voted to the preseason all-conference first team.
Oakland was a clear choice at No. 1, receiving 34 of 35 votes.
IUPUI opens the season Nov. 14 at Drake.
