It's a neighborhood rarity: City plows Northside street
I have lived in the 5700 block of Delaware Street since the late 1950s. In that time I have seen maybe two plows come down our street. Tonight, two plows have come down Delaware and I want to thank the city for giving our block more access to main streets.
