I try to ride the bus when I can to save money and avoid the hassle of parking and traffic. However, I never know from day to day what time to be at the bus stop.It seems some drivers just don't care if they are on time or not.About half the time the bus comes on time or close to it. It just seems that the service has gotten worse in the last year.

Today on the bus about took the cake. The # 37 was late(that's about normal)but when I got on board there was no heat at all. The driver never said a word and took our money anyway. About the time I got Downtown there around 35 passengers half frozen and disgusted that the driver had not radioed for help or another bus.Indy Go just let us freeze. The front door started freezing up and the driver was having to open it for the last few passengers. All that Federal Grant money they just received our taxes and fares and Indy Go can't get it together.Do you have any nightmare bus system stories to add?

forget light rail. super-70 was enough of a clustermuck.... transportation alternatives in this city boil down to nothing. the worst part is the people that ride the bus are the ones keeping this city running.

i know this is sick to say, but maybe an accident would help? i dunno.
