Indy real estate firm to market Getrag plant

Colliers Turley Martin Tucker has been hired to to sell the never-occupied Getrag Transmission plant in Tipton.

The real estate company’s Indianapolis office will handle marketing of the 781,500-square-foot facility on 106 acres.

The plant is a failed joint venture between Chrysler and the German company Getrag to make vehicle transmissions.
