Indy chefs battle at City Market

Check out today’s Indy Market Chefs’ Challenge Finals at the Indianapolis City Market, 222 E. Market St. Local chefs Matt Krueger of Exceptional Catering, Miguel Cardero of Mama Carolla’s, Jess Rombach of Noah Grant’s, and John Adams of H2O Sushi will shop the farmers’ market and then prepare their dishes for competition.

Shopping begins at 10:55 a.m.; chefs will begin cooking at 11:15 a.m. Judging begins at 12:15 p.m., with the winner announced at 12:45 p.m.
