Starting Tuesday, Jan. 29, Goose the Market, 2503 N. Delaware St., will be selling -- by the ounce, if you want -- Spain's famous Iberico ham, available in this country only since December. At $82 per pound it's a pretty pricey indulgence, but one that foodies will no doubt want to try, even if they only spend $5 bucks for a 1-ounce sample. And it likely won't last long.

Is it worth it? Having already tried some, all I can I can say is: absolutely.

Look for more on Iberico ham next Wednesday, Jan. 30, in my column in Taste, the Star's weekly food section.
