I met freakin Chewbacca
I cannot believe it. Here I am at Gen Con for no more than 10 min. and who do I come upon. No, not a bunch of black tshirt wearing 30-year-olds. I run into Chewbacca himself - Peter Mayhew. He is as tall and as hairy as Han Solo's buddy. Although not as hairy as Robin Williams. Very tall and very British. I betcha the Queen knights him before she knights the late Benny Hill.

That's just super cool.
I once met David Prowse on the set of a movie filmed here in town. That's right...Darth Vader himself (aka the man in the Vader suit...most of the time).
And he trained Christopher Reeve for "Superman," so he's Darth Vader AND Superman's real dad. Kind of.
Funny story...I was so excited afterwards that I went to a bunch of people...cousins, friends, my mom...I said "I met Darth Vader yesterday!" Inevitably, every single person responded "You met James Earl Jones?"
