man, theyve been tearing up the sidewalks near my apartment for two weeks now. before that, total gutting of an entire eight unit building.

i am HAPPY that i dont drive on the highway for work.

so, Indy, what construction is diving you bonkers?

oh...and on my drive home tonight i flew around a HUGE pothole..... AND ITS JUNE!!!

I don't really understand the construction, why do they have to work on the SAME roads every year? It reminds me of Michael Douglas in "Falling Down" "I know how it works. If you don't spend the money projected this year, you won't get the same amount next year."
