Greenfield — Hancock Regional Hospital will host two public meetings about the flu caused by the H1N1 virus.

The meetings will be at 7 p.m. today and 7 p.m. Tuesday at the Hancock Wellness Center, 888 W. New Road, said a news release from Robin Brunner, a business development and marketing employee at the hospital.

Brunner said residents can discuss ways to protect themselves, family members and businesses from H1N1 flu.

Gov. Mitch Daniels has asked communities to join to learn about and prepare for H1N1, also known as swine flu, if it should strike locally, Brunner said.
