Indianapolis contractor Shiel Sexton plans a $7.5 million renovation of a 1920s Buick auto showroom at 1302 N. Meridian St. to leasable office space. August Mack Environmental will be the first tenant, Colliers Turley Martin Tucker said. (Star report)
