Denny Brunning was recently appointed as Hillview Country Club's new executive chef, and he's eager to put the club back on the map. Brunning, who said his goal is to "reinstitute high quality and consistent cuisine" to the establishment, has created spring / summer menus featuring New Zealand Lamb Chops served with raspberry-mint demi-glace. There's a selection of steaks, seafood, and--for lighter tastes--several entrée salads. Brunning's also re-designed the club's banquet menu which, along with lunch and dinner menus, can be viewed at www.hillviewcountryclub.net.
