INDIANAPOLIS Harold's, an 18-state chain of apparel stores, is closing its stores. No date has been scheduled for the shutdown of the store at the Fashion Mall. Sales could continue through the Christmas holiday. On Monday, a bankruptcy court in Oklahoma approved plans for the 60-year-old retailer to begin a companywide going-out-of-business sale.
