Franklin Township residents filled Southeastern Avenue in Wanamaker for the 23rd annual Old Settlers Day Street Fair.

The Franklin Township Lions Club’s fair last weekend included more than 100 booths with art, crafts, food, entertainment, games and flea market items.

“We had a great turnout, probably the best ever,” said Lions Club President Ken Pitcher.

Pitcher said the exact total of money raised for the club was unavailable. The money will help fund scholarships, community programs and Lions Club programs, he said.

During the street fair, the club also hosted its 10th annual classic car show. This year, there were more than 150 vehicles on display, up from the average of 100 to 120 cars, Pitcher said.
