So I just got a place at 19th and Talbott. While exploring the area I came across Goose Market. It's a tiny little deli/market/wine house. This is a foodie persons dream come true. Despite their limited selection and slightly high prices I really enjoyed shopping here. I picked up a few unique cheeses St. Agur being one of them, some spicy lamb brats, smoked salmon, duck proscuitto (I believe thats what it was), a few bottles of cheap French wine, a baguette of fresh bread and left with a smile and a few new friends. All the produce was local and fresh! If you live in the area or are passing through the area I encourage you to stop in. The owners are mega nice folks!

Oh! hey - read about Goose Market recently - it's part of the new work-where-you-live condo/storefront initiative in Fall Creek Place, yes? Going to have to check it out very very soon.

Exactly! Check out the Salon next door as well. Cindy runs it and shes pretty awesome at what she does as well.

Grab one of those brats, cook it in some beer on the stove or grill it! So tasty!

I go there often. It's so nice to have a quality market in the area. (Moody's Meat in the City Market is also another great option). The meat selection is very high quality and is locally grown. They have a good wine selection as well. Highly recommend grabbing some tender filets and a bottle wine for a wonderful dinner at home!

Lamb brats? Holy crap. The Mister is dying to pick up some of those to break in the grill for the spring. Thanks for the tip!
