Indianapolis — The Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership is holding a homeownership fair and block party today on the parking lot of Glendale Town Center, 2605 E. 62nd St.

The daylong event is free and showcases the INHP programs and tools that can help Hoosiers become and remain successful homeowners. It includes workshops, INHP’s Money Management/Understanding Credit class, and credit assessments with an INHP mortgage and credit counselor or lending professional.

There also will be live music and entertainment, prizes, snacks, a children’s area and coloring contest. Giveaways from local businesses and INHP partners are planned.
