Gerry Hepp said earlier in the week. He attributed the low numbers to educated residents who choose to act responsibly.Weger wouldn’t speculate why Fishers didn’t have any arrests.The Noblesville-based Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office arrested five people between noon Wednesday and 5 a.m. Thursday. Two were arrested for drunk driving and one minor was arrested for underaged drinking. The other two arrests weren’t alcohol-related.
