Sean Menke, who most recently served as president and CEO of Frontier Airlines, has been named a high-ranking executive by its new parent company, Republic Airways Holdings.

Menke is the new executive vice president and chief marketing officer for Indianapolis-based Republic, which completed its $108 million acquisition of Frontier last Thursday.

In his new position, Menke will be responsible for all aspects of strategy, planning, sales, marketing, distribution and customer experience for the Frontier and Midwest branded businesses, according to a news release.
