Everyone wins with Sunday liquor sales compromise

It is apparent that the money opposing Sunday alcohol sales is primarily coming from independent liquor storeowners. They argue it would cost them too much money to be open one more day of the week. Where in the new proposal would they be required to open on Sundays if it was too much of a hardship for them?

They argue they would lose business and money if they do not open. When this argument is not persuasive enough, they bring out the religion argument.

Let them keep the exclusive on cold beer. That should be enough to keep them happy and profitable. Allow Sunday alcohol sales and everyone will win.
