Earlobe crease=heart attack?

Here's one for ya. Read today that if you have a diagonal earlobe crease in one ear, you may have up to a 33% greater risk of suffering a heart attack. On both ears - up to a 77% chance. Who knew?

This isn't new. Apparently someone noticed the relationship back in the 50's. Since then, some studies have been done, including an 8 year study that seemed to bear out the speculation.

However, there was also a study done that seemed to contradict the info and basically said that as we get older, we wrinkle more. Couple that with side sleeping, and you get creased earlobes. Couple that with the fact that older people tend to be more at risk for coronary disease than younger people....well, you get the idea.

I did a little Googling to see what I could find out and learned that the jury is still out on this one.
