DEMIRICOUS DEMIRICOUS has influences of classic bands like Slayer and Exodus, but also sprinkle in elements of death metal and punk. Their songs are intense and aggressive thrash played at maximum tempo, with a very loud in-your-face sound featuring huge rhythm guitar hooks, the occasional guitar solo, and the angrily shouted lead vocals of bassist Nate Olp. Anchoring their thunderous attack is the intense drumming of Dustin Boltjes who pummels away relentlessly demanding to be heard above all else. THE ABSENCE Tampa, FL area natives, THE ABSENCE, laid waste to an unsuspecting metal community with their debut Metal Blade album, From You Grave.
