A judge has set a death penalty trial in June for a man accused of killing his mother and two grandparents and burying their bodies in concrete.

Kenneth Lee Allen, 33, faces murder charges in the 2005 killings in Noblesville and Indianapolis. After earlier granting a defense motion for a continuance, Marion Superior Court Judge Kurt Eisgruber issued new dates this week: Jury selection will begin May 24, and the trial will start June 2.

The trial is expected to last several weeks, and the jury will be sequestered.

Allen is accused of killing his mother, Sharon Allen, and his grandparents, Leander and Betty Bradley, in a plot to steal money.
