Coolest surrounding small town?

We took a little drive to charming Pendleton this weekend and were impressed with the independent shops (especially the Word For Word bookstore) and restaurants (tenderloin lovers- head to Cabbage Rose now). It got us to wondering, what do the Indy.com readers think is the coolest little town around the city?

I always thought that "The Bank" in Pendleton had the best tenderloin, but I guess I'll have to check Cabbage Rose out.
