Comedy Clubs: your favorite?
I've always been a fan of stand-up comedy. It's the best for long road trips when you're tired. I always have wanted to go to Comedy Club, but have hesitated due to fear that I'll be mocked by a bad comedian that preys on the audience. I'm looking for a great place with an inviting fun atmosphere with consistently quality comedians. Suggestions?

Don't be afraid of the comedians, It's only happened to me once and it was all in good fun. The guy even bought me a drink afterwards.
My favorite is Morty's on 96th street because it's close and nicer than your average comedy club. It is expensive on the weekends but you can go early in the week cheap. We used to go on Monday nights for $5, of course they wouldn't have the greatest comedians but it was still a fun time.
Crackers is really good too. They get bigger names. I've only been to the one downtown. It was a pretty good time. I imagine Broad Ripple is the same.
One Liners in Greenwood is good too. I haven't been there forever but from what I remember it was cool.
I'd go to Morty's if I were you. Plus they have some good food. Way better than other clubs.
