INDIANAPOLIS — Colliers Turley Martin Tucker has been hired to sell the never-occupied Getrag Transmission plant in Tipton. The real estate company’s Indianapolis office will handle marketing of the 781,500-square-foot facility. The plant, on 106 acres, is a failed joint venture between Chrysler and the German company Getrag. It was to be used for production of vehicle transmissions. (Star report)
