I took two out-of-state visitors Downtown to enjoy an art tour, a walk along the Canal and other sights of Indy. The experience we enjoyed the most was our fresh and delicious lunch served at the City Market. We happened to choose Greek food, but there were plenty of other tempting foods available. Sitting either outside or inside was a delight.

The City Market needs more advocacy. National chains spend millions in advertising, and many of the newer places Downtown benefit from it. Where is the advertising for the City Market?

Let’s have more signs, tourist promotions and commercials for the City Market. It is a treasure.
