Has anyone actually found a decent job on careerbuilder.com? i find it impossible!

I never have. I personally hate careerbuilder. They have way too many crap jobs, and it seems like it is dominated by a few companies that post 1,000s of jobs a day. There might be a decent job out there, but good luck finding it!

I found my last two jobs on CareerBuilder. And they were both decent jobs. Guess it's all in what you're looking for. Doesn't help right now that the market's kinda crappy though.
