Burlesque Show This Saturday!
The mondo fabulous Bottoms Up Burlesque group will be performing at the Melody Inn this Saturday. And they are going to be even more mondo fabulous than usual, because I'm performing with them! Yes, you heard right. For all of you who have only ever witnessed me making an arse of myself online, you can now watch me do it live and in person. I'm going to be fulfilling my dream of becoming a clown in a couple of sketches. I'll pretty much be able to die happy once the show is over.
Having witnessed the rehearsals, I can tell you that the show this year is very diverse and very fun. There's a little something for everyone. Here's a link to the MySpace page:

It starts at 9:30. Aside from the burlesque show, State and Latex Novelties will also be playing their musics. All the proceeds will go to Pink Ribbon Connection, which is a charity related to breast cancer:

Well, that's why I was chosen, of course. I heard about how the meeting went down. The group was like "Well, we've got the men wrapped up with our extraordinary hotness, but how do we lure the women to the show? We need a guy with manimal magnetism who also exudes romance. You know, like a cross between Tom Selleck and Rico Suave. But where will we find a guy like that?" And I understand it was at this point that 5 or 6 different women all shouted "Drinky" at once.
I just want to go ahead and ask all the women in the audience to please refrain from tossing undergarments onstage during the performance. I have absolutely no use for those things, no matter what you may have heard.

And if anyone wants to see how pretty I was, PRN has posted pics from the show. There were also a bunch of people taking their clothes off, but everyone knows that the clown is always the main attraction.
