A Brownsburg resident has written a book focusing on her two passions, teaching and chocolate.

Elizabeth Lewis is releasing her new book “Covered in Chocolate” under the pen name Lizzie Lou, said Traci Jones, Marketing Representative for Key Marketing Group&Communications.

Lewis taught elementary school for 10 years and enjoyed using hands-on learning activities.

Combining that educational experience with her love for chocolate, she created a book full of easy-to-follow chocolate recipes, so that children can learn the concepts of measuring and doing other culinary tasks, such as separating eggs, as they make treats and learn fun facts about the ingredients.

Published by Tate Publishing and Enterprises, the book is available at bookstores nationwide or can be ordered through www.tatepublishing.com/bookstore, barnesandnoble.com, amazon.com or target.com.
