Tonight’s First Friday open house event at Big Car gallery reflects their mission as a collective arts organization with a collaborative show based on the interactive artwork created during their New Year’s Eve Bohemian Bash. The coloring contest returned by popular demand—-kids of all ages transformed vintage 1970s clip art with crayons and markers putting their own individual twists on the funky graphics of another bygone era. Another popular interactive art game was played with Sharpies and classic yellow post it notes—-various questions were posted by the collective and answered by the fun seeking attendees. Check out the results of all this merry making creativity at Big Car gallery in the Murphy Arts Center in Fountain Square. www.bigcar.org
