Bob Dylan to take stage at IU next month

Bob Dylan will perform Nov. 2 at IU Auditorium in Bloomington.

On tour to promote his “Together Through Life” album, Dylan will release holiday project “Christmas in the Heart” on Oct. 13.

Concert tickets, $42.50 to $67.50, go on sale at 10 a.m. Friday. For more information, visit www.ticketmaster.com or call (800) 745-3000.

In other concert news, rock band Breaking Benjamin will headline the “Not So Silent Night” concert Dec. 16 at the Murat Egyptian Room, 502 N. New Jersey St.

Presented by radio station WRZX-FM (103.3), the concert also will feature the bands Sick Puppies, Rev Theory and Adelitas Way. Tickets, $40, or $35 if purchased in advance, will be available at www.livenation .com or by calling (877) 598-8703.
